30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
- Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin a return, please contact us at Info@idealoutdoorliving.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. This will allow us to quickly assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure about an item’s eligibility, please get in touch for assistance.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement is to initiate a return for your existing item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days without needing to provide a reason. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
